Mastery Level:

Straddle Hollow Body Hold - 3 sets x 60 seconds

Straddle Hollow Body Hold Cues:

  • Start by laying down on your back.
  • Lift up your upper back as well as your legs off the ground and keep your legs out wide.
  • Point your toes, keep your knees locked and extended and utilize the muscles in the front of your core to keep you up.
  • Keep your lower back flush against the ground.
  • Breathe in this position.
  • When you are done, lower everything to the ground.
