Level 3 - Straddle Hollow Body Hold
Mastery Level:
Straddle Hollow Body Hold - 3 sets x 60 seconds
Straddle Hollow Body Hold Cues:
- Start by laying down on your back.
- Lift up your upper back as well as your legs off the ground and keep your legs out wide.
- Point your toes, keep your knees locked and extended and utilize the muscles in the front of your core to keep you up.
- Keep your lower back flush against the ground.
- Breathe in this position.
- When you are done, lower everything to the ground.
